Names & Address Sheet Entry

I need the names and mailing addresses from a batch of scanned images entered into the Google Sheet I’ll share with you. Every image contains one or more entries; most are perfectly readable, though a few lines may need minor fixes for spelling, capitalisation, or consistent formatting.

Please type each record exactly as it appears and separate the data into columns for first name, last name, street, city, state, and ZIP. If any word is hard to decipher, leave a brief comment in the cell rather than guessing so we can clarify later. The final sheet must include every entry from the scans, clean enough for immediate mail-merge use.

Deliverable
• A completed Google Sheet with all names and addresses transcribed and lightly cleaned, one row per person, comments added where legibility is uncertain.

I’ll be checking random rows for accuracy, so an eye for detail and familiarity with Google Sheets is essential.
