Monthly Summary Balance Sheets
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I maintain a small set of books and now need a reliable partner to produce one clear, summary-level balance sheet at the end of every month. No income statement or cash-flow work is required; the focus is solely on the balance sheet, presented in a concise format that lets me see assets, liabilities, and equity at a glance.
Source data will arrive each month as exported CSVs from my bookkeeping software (QuickBooks Online) together with any bank or credit-card statements you may need for reconciliation. Once you have the files, I expect you to:
• reconcile the accounts,
• generate a clean, summary balance sheet (Excel or Google Sheets is fine),
• return the finished file plus a short note highlighting any anomalies or numbers that look out of trend.
Accuracy and a quick turnaround are more important to me than deep narrative commentary or extensive drill-downs. If this scope sounds comfortable to you, let’s get started with the current month right away and roll into an ongoing rhythm after that.
