Modify Google Sheet Apps Script to show/hide columns

I have a Google Sheet with an Apps Script that shows/hides ROWS based on text in column A.

Explanation: The rows with "SPEND" and "SPACER" in column A are hidden when cell B2 is changed.
Job: I need the Apps Script modified to show/hide COLUMNS based on text in row 1.
When cell B3 is changed to "Columns hidden" the columns with "DarkChannel" and "LightChannel" and "Spacer" in row 1 is hidden.
The same columns are shown when B3 changes to "Columns shown"
The apps script in attached, but i would prefer to share the Google Sheet with you so you can work on the actual sheet.
