I need accurate transcription of a batch of digital files that contain a mix of text and numbers. Every record must be transferred exactly—text fields without spelling changes, numeric fields without rounding errors—into a clean, well-organized spreadsheet or database of your choice (Excel, Google Sheets, or an SQL table all work for me).

Source material is already digitised, so no OCR or scanning is required; the focus is careful reading, correct copying, and consistent formatting. Please preserve any units of measure, date formats, and column headings exactly as they appear.

Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet/database with 100 % of the provided records entered
• Basic validation run (duplicate check, simple totals) to confirm accuracy
• Progress file or log so I can track completion status
