Mixed Data Entry & Verification

I have an ongoing flow of records that must be keyed in and double-checked for accuracy. The content is a mix of text fields, numbers, and the occasional alphanumeric code pulled from various sources, so I need someone who enjoys switching contexts and catching inconsistencies before they slip through.

Here’s how the process works: I’ll share batches in a spreadsheet or Google Sheet, along with a brief set of rules that spell out the required format for each column. Your job is to populate any missing fields, tidy what’s already there, and then run a quick verification pass to be sure the mixed data types align with the rules (for example, dates in the proper format, totals that add up, IDs that follow the right pattern, etc.). A comment beside each corrected row is enough to show what you fixed or flagged.

You’ll succeed if you:
• enter every record with 100 % accuracy
• highlight doubtful values instead of guessing
• return each batch on or before the agreed deadline

I’m happy to supply a small sample first so we can confirm we’re on the same page. Once that’s signed off, you’ll receive fresh sheets on a rolling basis, and we can set milestones around each delivery.
