Mixed Data Entry in Google Sheets

I have a backlog of text and numerical records that must be keyed into a central Google Sheet. The task is straightforward data entry, yet precision is critical: each figure, name, date, and note must appear exactly as it does in the source files and land in the correct column every time.

Source material arrives in assorted formats—PDFs, CSV exports, and email snippets—so you’ll copy-or-type the information into the sheet, double-check spelling, number formats, and date layouts, and flag any unclear entries. The sheet already contains validated drop-down lists and conditional formatting; please use them so the data stays consistent.

Deliverables
• All assigned rows completed and aligned to the column headers provided
• A brief log (second tab) noting any ambiguous or missing data you encounter
• Zero stray characters, merged cells, or formatting overrides in the final sheet
