Mixed Data Entry Consolidation

I have several Excel workbooks filled with numerical figures plus a batch of PDF files containing the related narrative text. Everything now needs to live together in one clean, searchable spreadsheet (or Google Sheet if you prefer).

You’ll take the numbers exactly as they appear in the Excel sheets and place them in the correct columns, then copy-paste or re-type the associated text snippets from the PDFs into the matching rows without introducing typos or breaking the original formatting. Consistent headers, proper date and number formats, and a quick cross-check for completeness are essential.

Deliverables:
• A single, fully populated spreadsheet with all numerical and textual fields aligned
• Basic validation showing totals or counts match the source Excel data
• PDFs and source sheets left untouched, but any discrepancies flagged in a separate tab

If you’re comfortable juggling both spreadsheets and PDFs while keeping accuracy high, this will be a straightforward assignment you can turn around quickly.
