Marketing Data Assistant (Part-Time)

We’re a performance-focused growth marketing agency running Google and Meta paid traffic for values-led businesses.
We have a small internal team (5 people) and are looking to bring on a marketing data assistant to support campaign reporting and data organization.
This is a structured, process-driven role focused on working with data, maintaining reports, and keeping information clean and consistent.
Training and step-by-step processes will be provided.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets, and organized workflows.

- Organizing campaign data into predefined formats
- Comparing performance numbers against targets
- Grouping campaigns based on performance levels:

- Keeping reporting consistent and reliable
You will follow clear guidelines and templates provided by the team.

- Update daily/weekly reports using data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
- Maintain clean and structured spreadsheets
- Ensure numbers are accurate and properly aligned across reports
- Follow reporting templates and naming conventions
>> Data Organization
- Organize campaign data into clear categories
- Maintain consistency across different reporting periods
- Clean and format data to improve readability
>> KPI Tracking Support
- Compare campaign performance against defined KPI targets
- Help categorize performance levels based on simple rules
- Flag campaigns that are above or below targets
>> Process & Workflow Support
- Follow step-by-step reporting processes
- Help improve organization and efficiency over time
- Assist in transitioning reports into more automated systems when needed

- Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel)
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working with structured, repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow clear processes and instructions
- Organized and reliable

- Experience as a virtual assistant, data entry specialist, or reporting assistant
- Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or digital marketing data
- Experience working with dashboards or reports
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics (CPA, CPL, etc.)

- Must overlap with Pacific Time (Vancouver)
- $2–3/hr depending on experience
