ManyChat Email Capture & CRM Integration

I am looking for a freelancer to help me set up a complete lead generation and CRM system for my real estate business in Florida.

Current situation:

I generate leads through Instagram (Reels and DMs), mainly using ManyChat. I already have:

ManyChat Pro
Instagram/Facebook business account
Active content generating reach and engagement

However, I currently do not have a reliable system to properly capture, store, and follow up with leads.

Objective:

Build a fully functional system that converts Instagram traffic into qualified real estate leads and tracks them through a CRM.

What I need help with:
CRM Setup (GoHighLevel preferred or similar)
Set up pipeline for real estate leads (Buyer / Investor / Relocation)
Configure contact fields, tags, and stages
ManyChat Integration
Connect ManyChat with CRM
Ensure every lead captured in DM is automatically sent to CRM
Email Capture Flow
Set up Instagram DM automation that collects email addresses
Store email and contact data correctly in CRM
Automation / Follow-Up
Basic automated follow-up sequence (email or CRM messages)
Ensure leads do not get lost after first contact
Testing
Full test of the funnel: Instagram comment → DM → email capture → CRM entry → automation
Goal:

To have a working end-to-end system where every Instagram interaction becomes a tracked lead inside a CRM with automated follow-up, so I can focus on closing deals instead of managing manual leads.

I already have traffic and content. I now need a proper backend system to convert that traffic into clients.
