Manual PDF Text Data Entry

I have a collection of PDF files that contain straightforward text content, and I need every word transferred accurately into an editable format (Google Sheets or Excel—whichever you prefer). This is a purely manual data-entry task: no automated scraping or copy-paste shortcuts, because the PDFs don’t allow reliable text extraction.

What I will provide
• All source PDFs, clearly named and organized in folders.
• A simple spreadsheet template with the exact columns I want filled.

What I need from you
• Careful transcription of every text element, preserving spelling, punctuation, and line breaks where relevant.
• Consistent formatting—no extra spaces, no missing characters.
• A quick progress update after the first file so we can confirm layout and avoid rework.

Acceptance criteria
1. 100 % of the text from each PDF is present in the spreadsheet.
2. Error rate below 1 % (I will spot-check).
3. Final file delivered in the same structure as the template.

Turnaround: I’m aiming to have the first batch (about 10 PDFs) completed within 48 hours once we start, with the rest to follow on a rolling basis.
