Manual Database Data Entry
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a set of records housed in an online database that I need transferred manually into a structured spreadsheet. Your task is straightforward: open each record in the source database, type the fields I specify (names, contact details, IDs, dates, and any notes) into the destination sheet, and double-check every value for accuracy and consistency.
To keep things organised, follow the column order I provide, apply uniform capitalization and date formats, and flag anything that looks incomplete or conflicting. I will supply:
• the database login link
• the spreadsheet template (Excel or Google Sheets—use whichever you prefer)
• a short style guide for field names and formats
Deliverable & acceptance criteria
• Fully populated spreadsheet with every record from the database entered once, in the correct columns
• Zero blank mandatory fields and correct formatting throughout
• A brief summary noting any anomalies you found and how you handled them
Attention to detail and steady typing speed matter more than automation here; this is 100 % manual data entry. If you’re meticulous and can start soon, let me know the estimated time you’ll need after seeing a sample set, and we can get underway.
