Manual Data Entry from PDFs

The task is straightforward: transfer mixed text and numerical information from a set of digital files—mainly PDFs and Word documents—into a clean, well-formatted spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets is fine). All entry must be done manually; no scraping tools or automated converters, as I need human verification of every character and number.

I will supply the source files and a template that shows the exact column order, required units, and any cell-specific notes. Accuracy is critical: totals must add up, dates must follow the template’s format, and any illegible or ambiguous values should be flagged for my review rather than guessed.

Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet matching the template
• A brief log of any fields you flagged or left blank due to uncertainty
• Confirmation that file naming conventions were followed

Acceptance criteria
1. 100 % completion of all rows provided, with zero stray characters.
2. Spot checks of numerical columns reproduce correct sums and averages.
3. All flagged items are listed in the log and correspond to the spreadsheet cell references.

Once I confirm the data meets these points, I will consider the project finished and release payment promptly.
