Google Excel sheet

I have a Google Sheet that needs to be populated with a backlog of text and numeric records currently sitting in various notes and PDFs. The task is entirely manual: open the shared sheet, follow the column headers I have already set up, and key in each item with absolute accuracy.

Consistency is critical—spelling, capitalization, and number formatting must match the sample rows I will provide. I will also share brief validation rules so totals and simple SUM formulas already in place continue to work as you enter new rows.
