Manual Data Entry & Image Creation using AI

I have a clear workflow that combines two activities: manually entering mixed text-and-number data and generating matching images with an AI tool. You will receive step-by-step instructions for both parts, plus sample records so you always know the look and feel I need. Feedback is a two-way street here; if you spot a quicker method or a layout tweak, tell me—I am open to suggestions as long as accuracy stays 100 %.
Data entry scope
• Manually copy the supplied source material into the designated online forms and a companion spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets—your choice).
• Double-check every field; the slightest typo or misplaced figure throws off later processing, so a sharp eye is essential.
• Keep the sheet clean: no extra spaces, consistent decimal formats, and the exact headings I provide.
AI image creation
For each record you enter, you will also generate 2-4 images using the prompt template I supply. Whether you prefer Midjourney, DALL·E, or another modern generator is fine as long as the result matches the color palette and aspect ratio I specify. Download the image, name it according to the record ID, and upload it to the same folder the spreadsheet links to.
Acceptance criteria
1. Website fields and spreadsheet rows align one-to-one.
2. Spelling, numbers, and formatting match the source exactly.
3. All images meet the prompt specs and file-naming convention.
I will provide an initial batch so you can demonstrate the full process before we move on to larger volumes.
