Manual Data Entry From Digital Files

My current project involves a batch of digital files—PDFs, Word docs, and a few CSVs—holding a mix of text and numbers. Every field needs to be keyed in by hand so I can be absolutely sure nothing is lost to automated parsing errors.

I will supply the files, a template spreadsheet, and clear field-by-field instructions. Your task is to open each document, copy the relevant textual and numerical data, and paste it into the correct columns without altering spelling, punctuation, or number format. A quick eye for inconsistencies is important; if anything looks unclear (for example, a decimal that might actually belong in the next column), flag it rather than guessing.

Deliverable: a clean, fully populated spreadsheet that mirrors my template structure and passes a brief spot-check for accuracy. I can provide a sample row so you know exactly how the finished output should look.

Preferred tools are Excel or Google Sheets—whatever keeps the formatting intact—and please keep track of your progress using the version history so I can review edits if needed. Quick turnaround is appreciated, but accuracy comes first.
