I have several Excel workbooks and linked Google Sheets that hold a mix of text and numerical fields—customer names, product IDs, quantities, prices, notes, and a few free-form comments. I need every line keyed over, by hand, into the destination template I’ll share with you right after kickoff.
Your task is straightforward but detail-heavy: open each sheet, match column headers to the template, retype the values exactly as shown, and keep an eye out for stray spaces or obvious typos. The data is not clean enough for an automated import, so manual entry is essential.
When you finish a file, run a quick self-check: totals should balance, dates should stay in the same format, and any empty cells should remain empty—no zeros or “N/A” placeholders unless the original shows them. Please flag anything that looks inconsistent in the small error log tab I’ve built into the template; one-line notes are fine.
Deliverables
• Fully populated destination file (my template)
• One brief error log highlighting any ambiguous entries or source issues
Accuracy is more important to me than raw speed, but I’d like to keep the turnaround tight: ideally you’ll return each completed batch within 24 hours of receiving it so I can review and release the next set. Let me know your preferred workflow and how soon you can begin.
