Making an app using Google sheets and AppSheet to manage dental students performance
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I would like to have the app to monitor dental students clinic progress
Roles of involved users:
1-manager (can see all data)
2-instructor (can see, approve, evaluate cases submitted to him/her)
3-student (can submit cases, generate reports, view their own submitted cases)
The flow is as follows:
1-Student submits case examination form containing data and photos of the patient
2-The instructor approves the case
*all data are protected at this point (the student cannot change them)
3-The student performs treatment and submits the work done as data and photos
4-The instructor review and evaluate the the work submitted and signs the case
Extra functions:
1- generating pdf reports of (each case separately, each student cases, each class cases)
2-dashboard for each role where they have pending and finished cases (manager, instructor, student)
3- notifications when a case has been submitted for approval, evaluation , etc
Forms can be changed and updated for new cases without affecting previously submitted data,
Adding new students and new instructors must be easy to do
The manager can assign roles and move students from class to class (for example: moving one student from 3rd year class to 2nd year)
