MIS Automation & Monthly Accounts Reporting

Project Description
We are looking for an experienced freelancer to help us streamline and automate our MIS and monthly accounts reporting process.

Scope of Work:
- Review and update our existing Accounts To-Do List
- Create a structured system for monthly payment sheets
- Build a process to compare monthly expenses vs previous months to track trends and anomalies
- Design and implement a final consolidated monthly MIS report for management review
- Automate reporting workflows (Excel / Google Sheets/dashboards / basic tools) to reduce manual effort
- Ensure reports are clear, accurate, and easy to use for decision-making

Location Requirement:
We strongly prefer freelancers based in Mumbai as this role may require occasional physical visits for discussions, setup, and coordination.

Deliverables:
- Updated Accounts To-Do List
- Automated templates for monthly payment sheets
- Comparative monthly expense report format
- Final consolidated MIS report format
- Basic documentation of the process

Requirements:
- Experience with MIS, accounts reporting, and basic financial analysis
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (automation, formulas, dashboards)
- Prior experience setting up reporting systems for businesses
- Mumbai-based (mandatory)
- Ability to visit our office if required
