Looking for google sheet expert

Our inventory contains raw materials of bulk seed and empty packets. We track our filled packets, which gives us the amount of bulk seed and packets left after filling, and we also have the ability to check in new bulk seed and packets as they arrive - both of these functions are done through Google Form entries with barcode scanners. We would like to add a function that removes the filled packets as we send them into inventory. We sell many of our individual packets of seed in "Collections", so we need to figure out a way to lookup all individual SKUs in a Collection and remove the entered quantity from each individual SKU.
