Long-Term, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) assistant needed. Using Liondesk and Google currently.

This long-term job requires consistent communication with current, past, and potential real estate clients using a manual CRM process. This job requires various marketing campaigns that are consistent, relevant, and tracked.

Most communications will be in the form of email and text. The communications must be tracked and will include manual drip marketing instead of automated drip marketing. This will include sending Home Anniversary messages, Happy Birthday messages, and other types of targeted communications.

Additional work includes data mining from public records such as County Probate Records. The information gathered will be entered into a Google Sheet or other database to be analyzed by the company owner.

Other virtual tasks to be determined based on the skill level of the assistant and time/budget allotment.

Future tasks might include Real Estate Contract Coordination that will move the contract towards the Closing Date. This will include coordination with other 3rd parties such as Closing Attorneys, Title Companies, Termite Companies, Home Warranty Companies, and Co-op Real Estate Agents, Home Inspectors, Land Surveyors, and others.
