I’d like to jump into a 1–2 hour working session over Google Sheets and come out with a fully-functioning, live capacity model. The data we’ll plug in relates to resource allocation, and I need your coaching while we build:
• Formulas and functions that automatically calculate availability and project hours as new records appear.
• Visual cues—simple charts or conditional formats—that make it obvious when a team or individual is over- or under-utilised.
• Real-time collaboration setup so the sheet stays responsive when multiple users edit at once.
By the end of the call I expect a clean, reusable template plus the confidence to maintain it myself.
