Liquor Shop AppSheet Automation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I already run my liquor store from a Google Sheet that is linked to an AppSheet front end. The structure is there, but day-to-day use is still too manual. I’d like you to streamline the whole setup so that it feels effortless for my staff on the shop floor.
Core focus is inventory management. Every bottle must be scanned by barcode (I have the scanner) and the app should instantly update stock levels in the sheet. When an item reaches its predefined minimum, an automatic low-stock alert must fire—no one should have to check numbers manually. Each night the team will enter the physical closing stock once; the app should compare that figure to the opening balance and movements to calculate the day’s sales automatically.
Reporting is essential. I want a clear daily snapshot that totals sales, shrinkage and current stock position, plus a broader monthly report I can download or view in AppSheet without extra clicks.
Underlying formulas in Google Sheets should be fully automated, locked against accidental edits, and documented briefly inside the workbook so I can maintain them if needed.
Acceptance criteria:
• Barcode scan updates quantity in real time.
• Low-stock alert triggers based on thresholds I set per SKU.
• Single nightly closing entry produces an accurate daily sales figure.
• Auto-generated daily and monthly reports render correctly on both desktop and mobile.
• All logic resides in protected, self-updating sheet formulas and/or AppSheet expressions.
Deliver this as an updated Google Sheet plus the corresponding AppSheet app, ready to deploy.
