I handle a daily stream of JioMart sales and need a sharp, reliable assistant who can jump in immediately and keep every order moving without a hitch. Everything is tracked in Excel/Google Sheets, so you should be fully comfortable working inside shared spreadsheets and keeping them clean, accurate, and up to date.

Here’s what I’ll hand over to you, and what I expect back:

• Order entry & status updates – log each new order, confirm quantities, and update every stage until delivery
• Shipment tracking – pull the courier data, paste tracking links, and flag any delays for me to act on
• Returns & exchanges – record the request, arrange the pickup, and follow through until the replacement or refund is closed
