JPG Data Extraction to GoogleSheet
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need each JPG document in my archive converted into a clean, well-structured Google Sheet. Every piece of information—both text (labels, headings, descriptions) and numerical values (prices, dates, quantities, codes)—must be captured exactly as it appears and then formatted to match a set of simple rules I’ll share once we start.
Scope of work
• Examine every JPG file, extract all visible content and transpose it into rows and columns that reflect the logical flow of the original layout.
• Follow my formatting requirements: fixed column order, numbers stored as true numeric fields, dates in DD-MM-YYYY, and consistent text casing.
• Highlight anything illegible or uncertain in a “Review” column so nothing is guessed or omitted.
• Enter the data directly into the Google Sheet I provide; keep existing formulas intact and avoid extra blank rows.
Quality & workflow
A short sample (one or two images) will be reviewed before full-scale processing begins. Accuracy is essential—I’ll run spot checks and expect quick corrections if anything is off. You may use OCR tools (Tesseract, Google Vision, etc.) or manual typing, as long as the final sheet is precise and tidy.
Please include your turnaround time and a brief note on how you maintain data quality.
