500-Item E-Commerce Data Entry

You’ll be transcribing 500 product SKUs from manufacturer-supplied PDFs directly into my master inventory spreadsheet. The workbook already contains twelve clearly named columns, and every row must be filled with accurate, verified information:

• SKU
• Product Name
• Price
• Short Description (flexible wording)
• Weight
• Dimensions
• And the remaining standard inventory fields (stock, brand, category, etc.)

Key points to follow
– Copy every figure exactly as shown in the PDF, then convert units so all weights show in kilograms and all dimensions in centimeters.
– Use consistent capitalization and spelling throughout.
– Double-check each entry; the finished file should have zero blank cells and zero discrepancies when compared with the source documents.

Tools & workflow
Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets with final export to .xlsx) is fine, but formulas, data validation, and conditional formatting are encouraged to speed up checks. I will provide the blank template at kickoff.

Deliverable & timing
Return one clean .xlsx file ready for bulk upload within three days of acceptance. I’ll review with spot-checks; passing means no conversion errors, correct column order, and every SKU present.
