I’m looking for a diligent virtual assistant to keep our inventory database accurate and current. Your sole focus will be data entry—specifically updating product counts, SKUs, supplier details, and other stock-related fields in our cloud-based inventory system.
Here’s how we’ll work together:
• I’ll forward raw counts, shipment confirmations, or supplier sheets each day.
• You log in, update the corresponding records, and flag anomalies.
• Before you clock out, you send a quick summary of what was added, modified, or questioned.
Acceptance criteria
• All items received are entered by the agreed-upon daily cutoff.
• Weekly audit reveals no more than 0.5 % data errors.
• Summary report follows the provided template.
Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or any major ERP/inventory dashboard will help you settle in fast, but your attention to detail matters most. We’ll begin with a small batch to confirm fit, then roll into ongoing work if we’re both happy.
