Interactive Student Data Dashboard Development

The Looker studio dashboard should display the number of examined students, their age, gender, study directions, and school locations across multiple cities.
Data source

Google Sheet with the following columns:

ID – patient

Exam Date – key field for time-based filtering

City – student

City – school – school location

Program – school – student’s study direction (e.g., “BHP Technician”, “Medical Care Assistant”)

Date of Birth – to calculate age and average age

Gender – male/female ratio

Postal Code – student (optional, if used for mapping)

Scope of work

Build an interactive dashboard using:

Google Looker Studio (preferred) or

Google Sheets (alternative)

Filters:

Exam Date (month/year)

City – school

Program – school

Gender

Key metrics:

Total number of students examined

Average student age

Gender distribution (%)

Monthly trend of completed exams

Visuals:

Bar chart: students by program

Map: school locations

Line chart: exams over time

Pie chart: gender split

KPI cards: total students, avg age, total schools
