Interactive Sales-Labour Tracker

I need a Google Sheets workbook my team can open each day, plug in their projected sales and scheduled hours, and instantly see whether we’re on track.

Core data I want captured:
• Hours consumed (scheduled and actual)
• Sales projections and sales actual
• Team-member role, start time, cut time

Formulas should roll those inputs into a live labour-to-sales percentage. That percentage drives a single indicator box at the top of the sheet—green when we’re at or below target, red when we run over. I’d like the target percentage stored in one clearly labelled cell so I can adjust it without touching every formula.

What I expect delivered:
1. A clean Google Sheets template with protected formulas and labelled input cells.
2. Automatic calculations for: individual hours, daily totals, projected labour %, and actual labour %.
3. The dynamic red/green indicator box that shows the live percentage value.
4. A brief “How-to” tab explaining how to add new dates, reset for a new week, and change the target threshold.
