Interactive Google Sheets Sign-In

I have designed a one-page sign-in flow for our flight-based club and now need it brought to life inside Google Sheets. The layout, branding guidelines, and field order are already set in a PDF mock-up that I will share with you as soon as we start.

Here is what I’m after:

• The sheet should display our logo prominently and use the colour cues shown in the PDF, keeping everything on a single, clean tab.
• A clearly styled button (or image-based button) must collect the entries and run a “Submit sign-in information” Apps Script: write the row, time-stamp it, then clear the input fields so the next pilot can step up.
• Basic data-validation rules are needed—things like mandatory name, tail number in the correct format, valid date/time, and any additional checks you think make sense for reliability. Errors should be friendly and stop bad data from being saved.

I’m comfortable giving you edit access to a blank Sheet and the PDF right away. Once the script is installed and working, I’ll test it on my end with a few real sign-ins; if everything records accurately and resets as intended, we’re done.

Deliverables:
1. Google Sheet with the layout, branding images, and input fields in place
2. Apps Script file attached to the Sheet handling the submit action
3. Validation rules configured and documented in a quick comment or short guide
