Import Email Feedback to Sheets

I need an automated way to capture every customer-facing email reply we receive and drop the full text straight into a Google Sheet. The only data I care about right now is the raw message itself; no summarising or categorising—just a faithful copy of each email’s content alongside a few helpful headers such as date/time, sender address and subject line.

Here’s the flow I have in mind: an incoming message lands in our Gmail account (or a specific label you create for easier filtering), the script or integration detects it, and within moments appends a new row in the sheet with the details above. Once it’s set up I should be able to leave it running unattended, so error handling and easy re-authentication are important.

Deliverables
• A working Google Apps Script, Gmail API solution, or another lightweight integration that runs entirely within our Google Workspace.
• Clear instructions on deployment and authorisation so I can maintain it without extra tools.
• A brief test to prove new replies appear in the sheet automatically.

If you have a faster or cleaner approach that still lands the complete email text in Sheets, I’m open to it.
