Import CSV Numbers to Sheets

I have several CSV files that hold purely numeric datasets and I want them consolidated inside a single Google Sheets workbook. Before anything is pasted or imported, I need the numbers scrub-clean: strip stray spaces, eliminate duplicate rows, convert any comma-separated decimals to dot format, and make sure every cell remains strictly numeric so formulas in Sheets behave correctly.
Once the cleaning is done, simply load the polished data into the designated tabs I’ll share and confirm column counts match the original files. A brief note on the cleaning steps you applied will round off the job so I can replicate the process later if needed.
