HubSpot Landing Page & Integration

I need a HubSpot specialist who can spin up a clean, minimalist landing page and wire the back-end so every form submission is captured both in a dedicated Google Sheet on my Drive and in an automatic email that gets sent to my customer.

The form will not be the default “name & email” set-up. I want the following custom fields: Name, Email, Phone Number, Contact Date, and Preferred Contact Time. Please set the form up natively in HubSpot so that the data flows reliably without manual intervention.

Deliverables
• One minimalist HubSpot landing page, styled to match the brand palette I’ll provide.
• HubSpot form containing the five custom fields listed above.
• Integration that appends each submission to a Google Sheet in my Drive (one row per entry).
• Email notification workflow that forwards the full submission details to my customer instantly.
• Short hand-off note explaining how to locate and adjust the sheet and workflow if needed.
