Hourly Real Estate Scraper Script
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a Node.js script using Puppeteer, running on a Cloudways server (PHP application stack, Node.js already installed) and leveraging BrowserCloud to:
• log in to a website
• scrape real-estate listings
• append only new entries into a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
Puppeteer and Node.js are already installed in the application folder. You will have application-level access in Cloudways (no root).
I also need you to set up an application-level Cron to run the script every 30 minutes from 08:00 to 22:00 CET.
Code must be clean, commented, and include a short README (how to run, how to change schedule, etc.).
Please only apply if you already know Cloudways, Node.js, Puppeteer, BrowserCloud (or equivalent), and the Google Sheets API, and this would realistically be a ~2-hour task for you.
In your application, explain briefly why you can do this. I’ll then share the Google Sheet (input search URLs + output sheet).
