Home Care Ops Tracker in Google Sheets

We are seeking an experienced Google Sheets + Google Apps Script developer to build a fully automated and user-friendly Client & Employee Lifecycle Management System for our care agency, Avida. The system will track every stage of client intake, onboarding, compliance, and employee management — ensuring that no stage can be advanced until all requirements are met.

-Pre-formatted Google Sheets test workbook with sample data
-Import-ready Google Apps Script project files (.gs, .html, appsscript.json)
-Visual mockups, brand assets, and color palettes
-“Getting Started” quick setup guide (PNG)
-All business logic, field requirements, and workflow rules already defined

Key Deliverables:
Import provided workbook into Google Sheets and integrate provided Apps Script project
Create a clean, branded dashboard with real-time status indicators, KPIs, and progress tracking
Build a sidebar UI for quick client and employee data entry and updates
Implement automation to lock/unlock workflow stages based on completion of required tasks
Add alerts for overdue compliance tasks, missing data, or expiring certifications/training
Ensure easy scalability for future data and user expansion
Required Skills:
Expert-level Google Sheets & Google Apps Script
UI/UX experience within Sheets (sidebar apps, data validation, dashboards)
Ability to implement stage-locking and automated workflows in Sheets
Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed documentation and mockups
Bonus Skills:
Experience in healthcare or compliance tracking systems
Experience with branding and aesthetic dashboard design
