Every text field, number, and date needs to land in structured columns, first in an Excel workbook and then mirrored in Google Sheets so my team can switch between the two platforms without a hitch.
You’ll receive batches of mixed-format documents along with a simple template that shows the exact column order I need. Your responsibilities are straightforward: read each page carefully, capture every data point exactly as presented, and populate the two spreadsheets so they match line for line. Typing speed matters, but data integrity matters more; I will be running spot checks and formula-based validations throughout the project.
