Help me build a sales list for BizToolz (Prompting + email + Google Sheets)

I’m looking for someone to help me fill a sales data Google Sheet and run the email outreach for BizToolz. We’re targeting specific areas like california and other regions across the US.
The Workflow:
You’ll be using Gemini and Claude to find businesses, grab their info, and identify a manual task they do (like "manual invoicing"). You’ll be putting everything into the sales data Google Sheet and then sending out the emails to the leads you find.
The Sheet Columns:
• Business Name, Website, and Email
• State and Region
• Industry and Script ID
• Responded? (Yes/No to track wins)
The Goal:
The goal is to follow a process where prompting helps us identify the right emails so we can send the best messages to convert. We want to refine this process together to find the exact approach that gets sales for BizToolz.
Target $3 / hr
Milestones in 3-5 hour blocks
