Handwritten Scans to Formatted Sheet

I have a collection of scanned documents that contain handwritten text. I need every word transcribed accurately into a Google Sheets file that follows a specific structure I will share once we start.

You will be working exclusively with handwriting, so careful reading and a double-check on spelling are essential. While you are welcome to use OCR or any other helper tools, the final result must be manually verified and match the layout I’ll provide—headings, column order, and any cell-level notes all need to be in place.

Deliverable: a single Google Sheet populated with the data from all scans, formatted exactly to the template specification and free of transcription errors.
