I'm seeking an expert to help automate and optimize our current client and operations tracking system for Barbell Cartel, a gym in Bangalore. We currently manage memberships, PT sessions, and attendance using a Google Sheet, but the process is manual and time-consuming. I need someone to enhance this sheet by automating key calculations and processes to streamline our workflow and reduce administrative effort. Key Requirements: - Automate calculations for total sessions, membership expiry dates, and session counts based on 30-day billing cycles. - Highlight memberships that are nearing expiration to ensure timely renewals. - Track coach performance by logging daily attendance and session details. - Set up a system for sending WhatsApp reminders for expiring memberships.
