Overview:
I need a Google Sheet system set up to track cannabis grow room operations. The sheet should include a live snapshot of each flower room, a task/event log, and automatic data feeds from OpenSprinkler and Aroya. The goal is to generate both daily reports (State of the Union each morning) and end-of-run reports that summarize everything that happened during a crop cycle.
What I Need Built:
Google Sheet Setup
Tabs: Rooms_Status, Events_Log, Irrigation_Log, Aroya_Log.
Proper headers and formulas (day in flower, auto roll-ups from logs, etc.).
Clean formatting so it’s easy to read and print.
API Integrations
OpenSprinkler API → log irrigation events (timestamp, zone, duration, volume, EC/pH if available).
Aroya API → log sensor data (VWC %, substrate EC, temperature, RH, irrigation events, PPFD if available).
Both should auto-update on a schedule (every 15–30 min).
Auto-Calculated Metrics in Rooms_Status
Flower day (from flip date).
Yesterday’s dryback %, average substrate EC, irrigation totals (volume + shots).
Last sensor timestamp (data freshness check).
Reports
Daily Report: one-page snapshot each morning with current room status, irrigation/Aroya roll-ups, and scheduled tasks.
End-of-Run Report: timeline of tasks (prune/defol/trellis/strategy shifts), irrigation totals, Aroya data trends, harvest summary.
Voice-to-Text Workflow (optional, nice to have)
Ability to dictate daily updates → ChatGPT summarizes → I confirm → system pushes into the sheet via my existing Web App URL.
