Gradebook System for Academy

I am looking for someone to create a Google Sheet based gradebook system for our academy.
I need a gradebook system that I want to be designed via Google Sheets. Teachers will update students' grades, performance, and conduct levels on a weekly basis. Parents should be able to access this system via the link on a weekly basis.
When I open the Google Sheets page, I want the class levels to appear on the dashboard. Depending on these grade levels, you can view course grades and other performance information after pressing the button.
Features required:
- Student/Parent Access: The system should allow students and their parents to access and view their grades and progress.
- Detailed Reporting: The system should provide detailed reports on student performance and progress.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in developing online/web-based systems. (Google Sheets and Scripts)
- Proficiency in database management and reporting.
We anticipate having less than 100 users in this system.
