Google spreadsheet parse gmail to show current equipment status

I have a google email address that receives automated emails from intercom systems when speaker circuits go down, and again when they are restored. Email's can contain a single or multiple lines. If there's a network outage at the site, a hundred or so emails will come in. After the email is read, it needs to be archived. Information received includes location, extension number, extension name, time and date, up or down. I would like this information added to seperate sheets as a list of equipment that is down for each location. Sheet names will be status, location 1, location 2, location 3, etc. There needs to be a be a "clear" button on each location sheet to manually remove all items from the list in case for some reason the restore emails are not sent out from the intercom. On the "status" sheet, for each location, a cell will show all the location name, and fill green if the associated list is empty, red if there is at least one extension on the list. We need the ability to easily add more locations at a future date.
