Google Workspace & Voice Integration

My priority is to get communication flowing smoothly across our small team. I have a Google Workspace subscription but need someone to finish the technical pieces so we can start using it immediately.

Email
– Create 2–3 user mailboxes, confirm DNS/MX records, and be sure each account is sending and receiving without issues on web and mobile apps.

Google Voice
– I already have one Google Voice number. I’d like that number either linked to the other users’ phones or set up with a simple auto-attendant menu so calls can be routed correctly. Whichever option is quicker and more reliable is fine; please advise.

Teams / Collaboration
– Enable chat/Teams (Spaces) for everyone on the plan and make sure permissions are set so we can start group conversations and video meetings right away.

Data transfer
– Export our existing contacts and place them into a clean, well-formatted Google Sheet.

Success for me is being able to send email, take or forward calls, chat internally, and open the shared contacts sheet—all before we roll this out to clients. If you have handled similar Google Workspace and Voice deployments, let’s schedule a quick hand-off session to kick things off.
