Google Workspace Automation Setup

Job ID: 39903569

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I already designed the backbone of my Accelerator Program in Google Forms, Sheets and Slides; now I want it to run itself. Every form submission should flow straight into the master Google Sheet, instantly refresh the metrics that populate my Google Slides pitch deck, and fire off an email or in-app notification— all in real time, not on a daily or weekly delay.

Strategy Accelerator into a plug-and-play, automated consulting engine that delivers consistent audits, analytics, and presentations for every client.

OVERVIEW — SYSTEM FLOW
CLIENT → FORM → LINKED SHEET (AUTO-SCORES) → MASTER DASHBOARD → PRESENTATION

The 5 Forms capture all client data:

Health Audit

Competitive Positioning Map

Technology Stack Blueprint

Marketing Funnel Design

90-Day Action Plan

Each form feeds into a linked Google Sheet dashboard that scores, summarizes, or structures their responses.
Once all five are completed, data is pulled into a Master Summary Sheet and summarized in a Google Slides deck for the final presentation.

Here are the steps we are looking for

STEP 1 — SETUP & LINKAGE
Import the Forms

Open each .html file using the “Form Builder for Docs” method.

Theme each one with:

Header color: #08263F

Accent: #396353

Background: #FAFAF4

Logo: logo URL

Add confirmation message:

Link Each Form to Its Dashboard Sheet

In each form, go to Responses → Link to Sheets → Select Existing Spreadsheet → Choose matching dashboard file from /Sheets/

STEP 2 — SET UP THE MASTER SUMMARY DASHBOARD

STEP 3 — AUTOMATION VIA GOOGLE APPS SCRIPT
STEP 4 — POPULATE THE PRESENTATION DECK AUTOMATICALLY
You will receive:
• the existing forms, sheets, slide templates and a written flowchart of the process
• field mappings, named ranges and the draft email copy

We have the app script but I’m looking for a review of our Apps Script (or equivalent Workspace automation) that:
1. Captures every new form response and appends it to the correct sheet without overwriting formulas.
2. Pushes updated cell values or charts into pre-defined placeholders in Google Slides the moment they change.
3. Sends triggered notifications to the addresses I specify—again, as soon as the data hits the sheet.
4. Includes clear in-line comments and a brief Loom or doc explaining how to adjust triggers later.

Everything is ready for you to plug in; I just need the automation polished and production-ready.
