Google Voice SMS Sheet Automation

I need a streamlined link between Google Voice and Google Sheets. I need to be able to create a Google Sheet with names and Phone numbers. I would like my Google Voice account to load one person every 1:30sec (or whatever works best) and send a SMS text messgae.

I would like this to work all day. this way i can always be texting my clients slowly over google voice.
