Google Sheets script

So I have a Google Sheets of cars that includes make/model, plate number, date, and photoreport links. Meanwhile I have google drive that have folders named after Plate number filled with car photos. So I need a script that scans car plate number in google sheet, then search for plate number in google drive and find folder with the same name and put link of that folder to sheet cell.
