Google Sheets Workflow Dashboard

I need a single Google Sheet (or a connected Sheet + Looker Studio setup if you feel it’s cleaner) that lets my team log day-to-day progress and gives me an at-a-glance view of how every project is moving.

What should land in the data sheet
• Task description and current status
• Milestone completion dates
• Documents required / still pending
• Eligibility of Certification flags

The front end has to be simple enough that any team member can update rows without breaking formulas—validated drop-downs, protected ranges and, if you prefer, a linked Google Form for safer input.

On the analytical side I want a manager tab or dynamic dashboard that automatically shows: overall completion %, items blocked by missing documents, upcoming milestone deadlines, and a quick filter by team member. Charts, progress bars, conditional formatting and slicers are all welcome as long as they refresh in real time.

Deliverables
1. Fully-formatted Google Sheet with data-entry interface and back-end calculations
2. Interactive dashboard inside the same file (or a linked Looker Studio report)
3. Brief loom/video or written guide so the team knows exactly how to maintain it

I’ll mark the job complete once I can duplicate the template for a new project, change team names and see the dashboard update automatically.
