Google Sheets to Word Transfer

I have a Google Sheet that stores plain text only, and I need that content moved into a Word document so it reads cleanly and in the same order the sheet presents it. No styles, tables, or charts are involved—just straightforward text.

Please let me know how you would approach the transfer (manual copy-paste, an Apps Script, or another automated method) and roughly how long it will take you once I share the sheet. The final deliverable is a .docx file containing the complete text with line breaks or spacing that matches the sheet’s layout.
