Google Sheets to WhatsApp Automation with Custom Messaging System

I am looking to create an automation system to send real-time messages from Google Sheets or Excel to WhatsApp using web.doubletick.io or the WhatsApp Business API.

Requirements:
1. Consolidate multiple pending tasks for users and send them in a single message instead of separate ones.
2. Customize the messaging template to include user-specific details like names, task details, and due dates.
3. Provide options for both real-time trigger-based sending and scheduled batch messaging.
4. Generate reminders or account summaries in an organized and visually appealing format (image support, if possible).
5. Handle multiple sheets and dynamically select the appropriate template based on the sheet or user data.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Hands-on experience with the WhatsApp Business API and integration tools like web.doubletick.io.
- Proficiency in automating workflows with Google Apps Script or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of templates for dynamic message customization using spreadsheet data.
