Google Sheets Task Tracker Setup

I'm looking to create an interactive Google Sheets Task Tracker with the following features:

- Status Tracking: Use dropdowns for "Not Started", "In Progress", "Completed".
- Category-wise Segregation: Tasks to be organized by multiple categories, like project type, department, and priority level.
- Due Date Reminders: Automated reminders using Google Sheets formulas.
- Conditional Formatting: Color coding and other formats as suited for better visibility.
- Shared Access: Setup for team collaboration

Ideal Skills and Experience:
