Google Sheets Task Dashboard

Job ID: 39820477

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a streamlined Google Sheets dashboard that lets me oversee every development task my team handles in real time. The raw data will live on one tab—each row representing an individual task with fields such as assignee, description, start date, due date, hours logged, priority, current status, percentage complete, and any identified bottlenecks.

From that source sheet, I want a clean, visually driven dashboard that instantly answers three questions: How far along are we? Where is time going? Which items need attention right now?

Core metrics to display
• Task completion status (with easy-to-read progress bars or traffic-light icons)
• Time spent versus estimated time, rolled up by project and by developer
• Priority level distribution so we can see at a glance if high-priority work is slipping
• Overall percentage completion for the sprint or milestone
• Highlighted bottlenecks—tasks stuck in “in progress” or “blocked” beyond a set threshold

Must-have features
• Visual charts and graphs that update automatically (pivot charts, burndown lines, donut charts for status)
• Interactive filters so managers can drill down by developer, sprint, or priority without touching formulas
• Automated notifications pushed via email or Slack when a task changes status to “blocked,” exceeds estimated hours, or approaches its due date

I’ll provide the initial task sheet and access credentials. You’ll design the formulas, named ranges, Data Studio or built-in chart elements (whichever is lighter), and the trigger scripts that fire notifications. Everything has to stay within Google Workspace—no external add-ons requiring separate licenses.

Deliverables
1. One fully functional Google Sheet with a protected raw-data tab and a dynamic dashboard tab.
2. Scripted automations documented and installed within Apps Script.
3. Brief Loom walkthrough or written guide so my team can maintain and extend the sheet on its own.

If you’ve built similar agile or Kanban dashboards in Sheets and know your way around Apps Script, you’ll be a great fit. Looking forward to seeing how you can make our task tracking painless and insightful.
